The technical customer support will support customers to solve customer requests with engineer in the system flow/spec to fulfill customer SLAs.
  • Design technical solutions with our development tool set
  • Collaborate with other Developers to ensure solutions are in line with the overall architecture
  • Scope, estimate and prioritize work-packages
  • Develop new and enhance existing features for our solutions
  • Define and follow our internal coding standards, processes, and best practices
  • Ensure the quality of the product is always maintained by testing and reviewing regularly
  • Enhance technical directions for all system architecture and infrastructure
  • Empower other team members – including the MONKEYWAY family
What we are looking for
  • Several years of experience as a technical support
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of customer communication
  • Ideally, knowledge of 3D streaming technology
